Transformation 2.0

Inspite of long working hours and a tough job, Aditya made sure he is regular and dedicated. He was particular about what he ate, got enough rest and changed his lifestyle a wee bit to achieve his goals!⁣

7kgs down, leaner and stronger, this is what Aditya has to say -⁣ ⁣

I would never associate myself as being fit even in college unlike when I was in school when I would play golf everyday. The constant travel and significant time spent abroad led to me piling a significant amount of weight due to my foodie ways. I was a few shy of the dreaded 3 digit number and that’s when it hit me 3 years ago that I got my act together started working out. I hit the lowest I’ve ever been 74 kgs and this took about a year. I thought this was it and I had reached my goal of being lean, I was in for a rude shock as I didn’t have much muscle mass & was lean but, with a slight paunch. Fast forward 1.5 years, I regained most of it due to travel & my social life involving drinking and eating out. That’s when I met Kunal and started working out with him.

We started from scratch and worked on my basics whilst slowly building muscle & losing fat as a byproduct. The former was something I hadn’t ever thought about earlier. Mehak helped accelerate the entire process by devising the right nutrition keeping in mind my food habits, social life & travel. Voila, recipe for success! It’s been a shade over a year and I’ve lost a significant amount of fat while gaining muscle. I’ve never looked so fit even though I’m a little heavier as compared lowest recorded weight of 74 (skinny fat with hardly any muscle).⁣ ⁣ Life lesson that I learnt - don’t always watch the scale but, take pictures & assess. Fat % and muscle % are the best metrics.⁣
